Office Add-in Lightning for Outlook problem

Hello. I am trying to add the app of a salesforce in outlook 2016 ( OWA) and when i tried to download it, outlook send me this error.:

I don't know if it problem ok outlook or i can do something in SF.

    Hi Alejandro,

     

    I don't think the error is coming from Salesforce' end. It would be best to check with Outlook regarding the error message you received. Perhaps the following article may also help:
