How to set up Workflow to AutoFill Fields in Custom Objects

Question

Hi guys, really need your help here. I am new to workflows and trying to solve this issue. I have two Custom Objects (Preferences and Inquiries). I can create Inquiries from within the Preferences object and it automatically links the two, however, there are 4 other fields that I would like to auto fill. Please see the attached screen shot with both Object and the fields that I would like to Autofill. Can I do it in Workflow or Process Builder? Thank you so much and please stay safe!
