I am researching the option to enable bounce management, however a couple of things do not seem to be working when testing in a sandbox.
1. I can still send emails to a bounced email address:
Why can I still send mails to the bounced email address (in the first view)?
2. I do not get the email sent back to my email address when I send a mail to the bounced email. How come?
Overall, this 'Bounce management' option is a bit unclear to me. Also, what exactly do the two options: Option to ‘Show bounce alert next to all instances of the email address’ and Option to ‘Return bounced emails to sender’ mean. I do not see their functionality in the sandbox.
