Recently, I install the Chrome extention "Lightning for Gmail" on my browser and google account. I also enabled Lightning for Gmail in my Organisation but the pannel doesn't appear when I go to Gmail :
Maybe I forgot to enabled another parameter, or maybe it's a permission ?

I have the same problem. It actually worked well for me for a week, and then suddenly stopped working and the salesforce panel is nowhere to be found.
This may be useful information - if I log in to a different gmail account, the salesforce panel shows up. It only does not work on one of my email accounts (unfortunately, the one I need it on).
I've tried clearing cache, reinstalling the plugin, rebooting, etc, with no luck.
