I have a formula build to calculate busines hours between two dates. This works great. I then have a formula based off of that formula to subtract holidays. Our business hours are 12 hours so if the created date or first response time falls within a holiday it subtracts 12 hours. However, subtracting 12 hours throws off the total because when a case comes in on a holiday during business hours it does not need the whole 12 hours subtracted. If it comes in at 7pm on a holiday it would only need one hour subtracted since only one business hour is calculated (open til 8pm). Like wise for first response time. Can we just write a formula that skips over the holiday?
