live chat transcript is not saved after closing the chat tab

Hi, all.

Once in a while, live chat transcript is not saved after closing the chat tab.

From the knowledge provided, it's supposed to be saved from closing the tab.

Chat operetors could mistake , but it's weird that no chat transcript saved.

Please share your advice.
