I created a new custom field in Contact object and I need put that new field in the unresolved items list view like below in red color. Could you please let me know.

I dont think any customization is possible around unresolved items. But for programmatic insight, you can definitely reach to developer community. There is a similar Idea in IdeaExchange - https://success.salesforce.com/ideaview?id=08730000000JhYPAA0 kindly upvote.
