Hello SalesForce community,
I want to clean up the page layout, and wish there was a way to create subtabs of the related lists that I have associated with the specific page.
For example, on the accounts page I have a lot of fields, and only under those fields I have "Contacts" related list. I was hoping that I could create a subtab called "Contacts" and the related list would function as it currently does (show only related contacts associated to the specific Account).

there is no out of the box configuration to change Related List into sub Tabs..
you have to either use Visualforce Pages and develop something on your own which will give you something like this
or you have to try something from appexchanges apps like this one
