I have imported contact from a CSV file, and I'm still waiting (1hour) Email from Salesforce to confirm that it's done. Is it normal and what I have to do? Thank you

    Hi Erwan,

     

    Sometimes there will be a delay in receiving the email, instaed of waiting for the email, you could check if the contacts have been imported into salesforce by doing one of the below

     

    1. Global Search (search for a contact from your csv file) Or

     

    2. Create a List View of Contacts Or

     

    3. Create a Report on all Contacts Created by You and Created Today
