Create new record using process builder

I wish to create 2 new records using process builder. A bit of background first. I have three objects. Account, Relationships Junction, and Relationships. I have a many to many relationship established between the Account and Relationships object using a junction object called Relationships Junction.

 

I have a checkbox located on the the account object, if checked this should create a new record in relationships, and then link them by creating another record in the relationships junction object.

 

I tested the workflow by first all only creating the record in the relationships object. That worked fine. However I am stuck on how I can get a record to create within the junction object that links the account and relationship together?

    So the process starts when relationship object record is created right ? and in relationship object you have account field right ? if so then map the account with that field from relationship object. you would need to select reference in the type no ID and then refer it to that account field which is inside relationship object. if you still have problem may be a quick call and you can share your screen in skype i can have a look.
