I am logged in as an agent for chat, but the little chat window-box has disappeared. A user can still request a chat, but I can see nothing of what they are typing, as the box has disappeared. Can anyone help?

This was the solution to the missing chat window problem:-

• Move the mouse slowly to the very far left of the browser window, and a little arrow should pop up.
• It closes when you hover over the right hand border of the chat window, and you have to do the opposite to get it back.
• The same little arrow appears, which is what would have happened when you bumped the mouse. It had me stumped, not very intuitive having to hover once it closes.
