there is no new workflow rules button.

I'm tring to make a new workflow rules, but cannot find the buttton.

 

Do you know where it is, or how to meke a new rule?

    What Salesforce edition are you on?  Workflows only work for Enterprise Edition and above.

     

    Assuming you are on Enterprise Edition, are you a System Administrator?
