I created a case with the trailhead support team and am wondering if there is a way of viewing this case and replying to it within the web portal.
Or - can cases only be replied to via email?

Thank you for the response, Jerome. While I am able to see the "My Cases" section on the Salesforce page, I am not seeing it on the Trailhead page - https://trailhead.salesforce.com/help.
