Help with the Power of One % of States for Events

Need to build a formula which would show a Sales Manager what % of time a user is spending in state. Example - Total of 292 Events & 157 spent in New York percentage should be 54%. I can't figure out the formula, screenshots attached. Help with the Power of One % of States for Events
