Beyond the standard Knowledge reports and dashboards, I'd like to be able to report on who and how often my client services team is using the Knowledge Base in salesforce. I need to track user adoption, but none of the standard reports help measure adoption at the User level. They only seem to track data based on searches and articles.

    Hi Kevin,

     

    Today, it's not possible to track who is searching or viewing at user level with salesforce knowlege. We are looking to add this feature but I have no ETA to tell you today.

     

    but ultimately, if you are in customer service context, you can analyse who is attaching article to case that will give you an idea of who is really leveraging the knowledge base.
