What permissions/settings are required to enable community partner users to create reports and affiliations?

I see here (https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=users_license_types_communities.htm&language=en_US&type=0) that community partner licences should allow them to create reports but they are not able to at present, wonder if I am missing a permission or setting in their profile? Also, seems like they should be able to create affiliations (says "read, create, edit" under object settings) but likewise unable at present. Thanks for any insight!

    Hi Susanna,

     

    To create, edit, and delete reports:Create and Customize Reports AND Report Builder 

     

    You can give permission to create and edit reports to the following licenses (https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewHelpDoc?id=networks_reporting_external_users_report_mgmt.htm&language=en_US):

     

    Customer Community Plus

     

    Customer Community Plus Login

     

    Partner Community

     

    Partner Community Login

     

    Customer Portal Manager

     

    Customer Portal Manager Custom

     

    Gold Partner

     

    Silver Partner (”Export Reports” permission isn’t available to this license.)

     

    These permissions aren’t available to high-volume user licenses, such as Customer Community or High Volume Customer Portal.

     

    External users with legacy portal licenses can create and edit reports in communities, but not in portals.
