sharing action plans with other users

Question

After setting up and saving an Action Plan Template, I clicked the "Sharing" button at the top to share with my co-workers who need to utalize the templates for their Households. It then brings me to a page that says this, "Insufficient Privileges You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested. Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary." I am an Enterprise Edition System Administrator. I should not have restricted privileges. Thank you for your help.

There are other reasons why you would get this message other than not having enough privileges.

What is the Org-Wide Default Sharing Setting for that object?

If it is Public Read/Write, then it would give you this message or not shoe the "Sharing" button at all.

Hello Carey, I'm gald that issue is resolved. The "Create Contact Action Plan" button does not seem to be a standard button. It was either part of an installed package or a custom button built using URL merge fields.
