Can anyone help interpret this debug log?

Question

A Managed Package (dropbox) appears to be triggering WFR, suddenly. My WFR had been working just fine as had Dropbox for many months. Suddenly, my users are getting thousands of emails based on the WFR that is (I think) now being activated by something in the managed package of dropbox.

The debug log is not really useful without knowing what you are expecting to happen for a specific record, and what all the field values are as a result of the create or edit. The easiest way to diagnose these types of problems is to create a report, filtered by the test record you are using, then add all the field involved in the workflow criteria to the report.

Thank you Jeff and agreed. My issue is related to the fact the WFR is triggering when I know it should not be. It was working as designed for months, and suddenly, the debug log indicates Dropbox was somehow causing it to trigger.   Here is what SF Support is saying:   "Based on the debug log, there is a possible integration between Salesforce and Dropbox for Salesforce that have caused the opportunity record to be updated. It triggered 3 workflow rules which are as follows, Close Date Populates, Lost Alert and Partner Points Addition2 Field Update. From the Lost Alert rule, it triggered the email alert to be sent out to those users.    Below is the support number for Dropbox for SF. You can coordinate with them to confirm on what the trigger for DropboxOpportunityTrigger does on the opportunity record."

Can anyone help interpret this debug log?
