Process builder not working with activities pushed from integration

We are working with call center platform integrated with our Salesforce org. It is called MonsterConnect. Activites are created from their system and pushed to our system. I have various process builders that change things in our system based on the activities pushed from theirs. When I create activities in our system to test them, they fire. However, when the actities are pushed from theirs, it seems to bypass our process buiders. Has anyone else experienced this with activities coming from integrated systems? I am hoping there is a solution.

    Hi Ashley, 

     

    Do your processes have any filters? If so do the activities created by the integration fit your filter criteria?

     

    If you have set up a specific user to act as the integration between systems, does that user have the flow permission?
