I created company dashboard with a report where filter "My accounts" was implemented.
Everyone can see that dashboard. But on the diagrams they see MY data. When they click on a diagram the report starts and in the report the could see THEIR figures.
The question - What shall I do in order to everyone sees diagrams with their figures.

Which edition of Salesforce are you using? Dynamic Dasbhoard are only available in following edtions:-
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
