Current status:

- We have the last version of salesforce (enterprise edition).

- Organisation structure (roles):

General manager

Head of sales departmnt #1

Sales -A  in sales department #1

Sales - B in sales department #1

Head of sales department #2

Sales -Z  in sales department # 2

Sales -Y in sales department # 2

THE TASK :

To build ONE COMMON dashboard (when we change the common template everyone automaticly has updated version)

- everyone should be able to see HIS PERSONAL dashboard

- line manger should be able see HIS PERSONAL dashboard (personal data) or PERSONAL DASHBOARDS OF ANY OF HIS SUBORDINATES or Consolidated Dashboard of his department ( HIS + ALL SUBORDINATES)

IS IT POSSIBLE or we have to create hundred the same reports and then change them one by one when we want to improve something ?

You can't do all of that in one Dashboard no. Enterprise lets you create dynamic dashboards though where the data changes based on who is viewing it at the time which will cut down on some of the duplication. Dashboards show whatever you have in your source reports and reports have different views (my data vs my team's data vs all data) so for some of that (individual vs team at least) you will need seperate reports and dashboards. Keep in mind though you can have multiple dashboards hooked to the same report and when you modify the report it updates on all the connected dashboards.

    Hope that helped some.
