How to associate leads to campaign using import wizard.

Does it makes sense to add leads to a campaign? I would think that to be obvious but I can't do it from the import wizard. Am I missing something? So I have 400 leads imported and want to assign them to a campaign. I did 250 of them how do I filter to find the remaining 150? Also, what field in the lead associates it with the campaign?

    These are both helpful responses and teach me going forward. But now I have 154 leads not associated with the campaign and I can find them in order to link them. If I could create a view on the leads tab that returned all leads without a campaingn I could do this. I can make a report that shows them to me... but the report won't allow me to link them to the campaign. 

     

    I can remove all leads from the system then import them under the campaign as members. Is that the best idea?
