We have requirement like the emails which are sending to the customer should be approved by the maanger.
Can anyone help me in implementing this "Email Approval " by manager. How can i use the "send email" button for this email apprval process. (Email written by user should be send to manager for approval )
for this process ,I created a object and created a record type which takes u to write email with sub and text . but i am not able to set an option for selecting email template.Can anyone give me ideas about email approval process.
