And it doesn't have anything on scheduling reports.... So I expect that if it's a feature of SalesForce then I should be able to do it.
Any ideas, if it's a feature of the "Group" plan. If so... how do I do it?
If not... where is the actual feature matrix as I want to figure out what I can/can't do at each level.

If you go to the Help & Training link and search on "Scheduled Reports" there is documentation that lists the requirements for Scheduled Reports (it's not available in GE)
