Automatically add all received and sent emails to Salesforce

I was wondering if anyone could recommend/knew of a ideally low cost of logging all received and sent emails into Salesforce, either through Gmail or Outlook. I.e. when an email is received or sent, it would check if it's from/to a SF Contact/Lead and add the email to their record.

    How can I set it up so that when I send an email from Outlook that it AUTOMATICALLY attachs to the record in Salesforce.  I know that you put the Email To Salesforce long string in the BCC, but I want to add it to the BCC by default.  I do not a Send and Add To Salesforce button in my Outlook.
