Why can't I get my chart to look the exact same on Dashboard as it does on the report?

Question

I'm trying to add a report to dashboard, but the table feature won't let me add stage as a way to group columns. I have it how I want on the report, but when I try to replicate it for the dashboard it won't let me add stage to the "measure column". Screenshots below
