If she clicks the same account from the accounts tab (vs search resutls) there is no issue.
It is 100% consistent with search results.
I cannot figure out why that should matter.
Using IE 8; had her clear the cache and that didnt help.
It started a few days ago.
Any thoughts?

If possible can you have her try to recreate with a different browser (Firefox or Chrome)? That would tell you pretty quickly if it's a browser issue or not.
