i'm a newbie in Salesforce administration and I do not understanding why I can't go under "Setup" / "Security control" / "Field accessibility"... I do not see the option and I need to change the access of a specific field. Can you please help me to understand why the option is not available for me? I have the Adminstrator Profile.

Hi Christelle,
Set Field Level Security feature is available only in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.
And if you are using any of the above editions, then Check “Manage Profiles and Permission Sets” permission and “Customize Application” Permission is enabled for your profile.
