I've created couple of visualforce pages with Case as the standard controller, and i put them on the Edit Case and the View Case layouts on SelfService. but they're not showing up, anybody would know a reason for this?
That would be because when you override those pages, that is only for the internal, standard UI, not for the portal. That being said, at this point visualforce pages are not supported in the self service portal.
