in our current CRM we can send and receive email directly to the CRM, can this be done within Salesforce. ie. incoming emails will go to me@mycompany.com and then forward to me@salesforceaddress.com?
Hi richard, you will not get a salesforce specific email address. Email will sync with your gmail or outlook through the available connectors and email will come from your company email address that is set up in your gmail or outlook.
