Update stage based on last modified date

I need to update an opportunity stage to a specific value when the opportunity has not been modified in 120 days. I can't figure out a way to do this natively. Any ideas?

    Thank you everyone for your input. I am only concerned with Last Modified Date. 

     

    Arijit - can you please explain why you placed CreatedDate into the formula? I'm having a hard time understanding that.
