We were considering using Chatter more as a message board rather than like Twitter, meaning that staff could make announcements to all other staff via Chatter. At the moment, following other staff is voluntary, meaning that announcements are seen by some and not others and who follows who is a bit random. Is it possible have all our staff follow all other staff automatically, without having to make them go through the groups? Or would an administrator have to do that manually?
