Looking for a SteveMo Answer/Video on using a workflow rule to log changes to a field

Question

Finally getting around to implementing a SteveMo solution that I think I saw at Dreamforce 2012, where you use a workflow rule and a field update w/ priorval to log the history of changes to one field in another field.

I'm going to go ahead and reinvent the wheel since I cant dig it up, but if Steve or anyone knows what I'm talking about, please post the link!

Couldn't find the solution but it has to be something like this!   Entry criteria:   ISCHANGED(Field_X__c)   Field update:   PRIORVALUE(Field_X__c) + Field_Y__c   Hope this helps!   David
