How can I make a field on a Child Account that shows the account owner on the ultimate Parent account?

I want to be able to see the name of the Account owner of the Parent account ina heirarchy on the child account so that I can group by this field in reporting. Is there a way to make this custom field on my accounts?

    Hi Ryan,

     

    Thanks! I tried your formula and it worked, however it's just giving me a link text reading the name of the Parent account that back to the parent account. What I'm looking for is for that text to read the Account Owner, the user who owns that record. Can that be done?
