How to create a 2nd formula filed to lookup a value based on 1st formula

I have a formula on a object that is looking up a value from Account to populate within this custom object.

I'm trying to write a fornula to take the value of Formula A to Lookup another value in another object before save is complete.

Not been successful to this point. Any ideas or articles that I haven't found is appreciated.
