Hi,

 

I'm a Marketing Cloud Admin trying to configure a Salesforce User to connect with Marketing Cloud.  I've set them up in Marketing Cloud integrating the account and editing the roles and permissions as usual, but when I went into Marketing Cloud Connector > User Management I found that all of the accounts do not have anything ticked against them.  None of the Admin nor User boxes are ticked, yet the webpage states “there must be at least one user set as an administrator”.

 

I know there have been some changes made to Marketing Cloud lately, so is this now normal?  If so, how do I set the connection with Salesforce for this user from within Marketing Cloud?
