Any way to locate a report based on it's Unique Name (Report Unique Name)?

Is there a way to locate a report based on it's Unique Name (Report Unique Name) instead of Report Name? The Report Unique Name is the name that SF give a report when you save it, the name that has '_' in it and must be unique.
