I have a user who is trying to access items in the Contents tab. This user only has access to 'Personal Library'. How do I allow him access to other libraries?
I looked at Name > Setup > Customize > Salesforce CRM Content > Settings but cannot see what affects the permissions here.

You go to the libraries tab, pick the library you want to change, then add the user as a member.
