Changing the text in an App's hyperlink. Possible?

I just loaded Synoptic View in to salesforce and it looks great.  That said, the users have requested if it’s possible to rename the link to “org chart” instead of Synoptic View.

 

 

 

Is that possible?  If anyone has ideas that would be great.

    Have you tried going to the object in setup under customize or create, selecting custom buttons and links, and modifying the name of the custom link?
