How can I customize ticket headers?

NW Children's Theatre uses PatronManager as our ticketing system and I have just started learning the system after using Tessitura for 8 years.  I would like to be able to have the notes field print on a header to help us manage will call action items.  I see that I can print a header with batch prints but we must not have them set up at all because nothing printed.  All I need on it is the name and the notes field (Ex: Jamie Smith, hold for 2fer1 coupon).  I haven't had much time to "get under the hood" in PM but I'm hoping someone can tell me where to start!  Thanks!

    Looks like this is a custom implementaion in your ORG. I'd suggest you contact your System Admin for more help
