My administrator created an account on salesforce for me. But, I can not access the lead.
How Can I access the leads?

Your admin needs to change your license type to a full Salesorce license. Chatter and Chatter Plus licenses do not have access to the Lead object. It must be at least a Professional Edition Salesforce license.
