Excel Connector - the keyword "new" is not generating new IDs in Account upload.

During attempt at account upload - the Excel Connector is generating Blanks instead of Unique ID's per each new account.

The fields are lined up and everything looks in order. The system is evening telling me that I had a successful upload, but there is nothing in my actual Salesforce instance.

Any ideas??
