yes, that's a very good point. I'll play around with that option. I guess I need to dig into the hierarchy set ups and how it works in terms of distributed reports. I'd want to the individual sales reps to be able to view their own activity but not necessarily all of the other reps activity. I don't think I can accomplish that via that one All Activity Report. thank for the help!
