i am a Yahoo! employee based in the middle east. i received an email from Yahoo Europe with some files to download via salesforce. i created an account and loggedin but i cannot download the files. when i click the links inside the email recevied it give an error message: "Login Error
Your login attempt using single sign-on with an identity provider certificate has failed. Please contact your salesforce.com administrator for more information."
can you please help out,

Sorry I am not a Salesforce Support employee. Your company must have a directory of employees or something similar for you to be able to locate who your Salesforce.com Admin is.
