    Hi there,

    Based on the information from the link you sent ("When you convert a lead, data in standard lead fields is transferred into standard account, contact, and opportunity fields.”), it seems that standard lead fields (such as name, address, etc) is transferred to

    The account, contact and opportunity fields…..

    I cannot ‘map’ these, but I understand it as it kind of defaults that this information is auto transferred. And it would make sense that phone number/address/etc would be converted.

    Please advise. I’m confused!!! I would think that standard info would automatically convert over……. Help!
