How do i change the default phone call time to 5 minutes when creating an event?

Currently the Event end time is 1 hour, I want to change it to 5 minutes.

There is no standard way to do this, but you could get around by doing the following if its Really Required

You'll need to override the New button on the Event
replace it to a URL button which redirects to a new event with pre populated end time
