Trying to create a workflow rule that automatically fires off an internal alert to remind the team to send out new instructions.
Basically what I need to have happen is:
AND(ISCHANGED(Picklist_A),Picklist_B == 'Active') trigger rule to send off reminder email.
it's not letting me use 'ISCHANGED' on a picklist value. which is causing me a bunch of issues.
This is not a Multi Select picklist, it is a single choice.
Any suggestions?

Final formula is: AND(ISCHANGED(Picklist_A__c), ISPICKVAL( Picklist_Status__c, "Active"))
that, i believe, will trigger when both of those are true
