I would like to export all accounts and leads and the related contact information/history öwned" by specifc users i.e our company sales reps? How can I do this without exporting all information in one long list?

Hello Adam,

2 way you can export.

create report or use Data loader.

you may need custom report type for source report. filter report by sales rep name(user id)

do same for the data loader.

data loader only available in enterprise,unlimted & developer ,database edition
