Using SF for Outlook you can send an email to a customer and have that email be automatically associated with a contact in Salesforce.  It does that by matching the email in the TO field (and I presume the CC field) with records in Salesforce.

 

I have a user who wants to be able to send an email to himself and blind copy customers, and have the email be associated with those customers.  Unfortunately he isn't finding that the emails are coming over to SF.

 

Is there something that can be done to get SF for Outlook to do a match on email addresses that are in the BCC field?
