How can i enable territory management on my personal developer org? When i click open a case button, it is giving user not found error message.

    I had enabled Territory Management in Salesforce earlier by raising a case with Salesforce but I believe for the new dev org's now, they have disabled case creation. You can try contacting them directly over phone.
